This casual position allows UniSC CT to assess the role's fit and scope within a growing team, offering flexibility in how we deliver early-stage marketing initiatives. You’ll lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media and database marketing campaigns, and produce compelling content to attract participants, build brand awareness and support business growth.

You’ll be the driving force behind data-informed marketing decisions, using insights to segment audiences and tailor campaigns for maximum impact across digital platforms.

You will

  • plan, acquire, activate, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns across digital platforms and partner databases;

  • lead campaign production and coordination, including the development of creative copy and campaign messaging;
  • integrate traditional marketing strategies with emerging digital marketing trends;
  • support the development and operationalisation of a digital marketing strategy for UniSC CT;
  • execute media buying across digital (and where needed, traditional) channels;
  • analyse campaign performance and generate reports and insights to inform future activity; and
  • work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business development and strategic objectives.

About you

You are an independent self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You combine strong analytical thinking with creative flair, and have a track record of delivering measurable results through targeted digital campaigns. You are an exceptional communicator with a keen understanding of audience behaviour, data privacy, and stakeholder engagement.

You will possess:
