You Will:

Your strong organisational skills, combined with your creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, allow you to adapt quickly and respond effectively under pressure.

A confident communicator and natural collaborator, you work seamlessly with a broad range of stakeholders — from senior executives and government representatives to suppliers and support staff — building strong relationships and ensuring shared goals are achieved. You take pride in your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear focus on quality, safety, and the professional standards expected at a leading university. Your commitment to excellence and understanding of the importance of protocol ensure that every event you deliver leaves a lasting, positive impression.

You Will Possess:

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and sensitively with diverse audiences, including senior staff and government representatives;
  • demonstrated understanding and application of appropriate cultural protocols and professional etiquette in event delivery;
  • a track record of working safely and in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures; and
  • excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and contribute proactively to team initiatives.
