You will

  • partner with leaders and teams to understand organisational needs and deliver practical change, organisational design and capability initiatives that strengthen culture and support the University Strategy;
  • lead and enhance leadership development programs that are meaningful, values-led and aligned to the outcomes that matter for our students, partners and communities; and

About you

Our ideal candidate is someone who sees the bigger picture and knows how to turn strategy into meaningful action. You’re energised by shaping culture and capability across the whole employee lifecycle, from engagement and values to performance, development and recognition. You’re confident designing and delivering learning in ways that truly connect, and you take pride in creating processes that make it easier for leaders and teams to do their best work. Most importantly, you build trusted relationships and bring people with you, because you know that when our people thrive, our students and communities do too.

You will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience across organisational development, learning and leadership initiatives, with a track record of designing and delivering programs that create measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to design, facilitate and evaluate leadership development aligned to strategy, translating priorities into practical outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the confidence to influence, facilitate and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • The ability to gather and interpret data, using insight to shape evidence-based programs and continuous improvement.
  • Clear, engaging written communication skills and experience developing high-quality program materials and resources.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives with care and attention to detail.
  • A sound understanding of policy and governance requirements relevant to organisational development practice.
  • Confidence working with technology and systems, including HR information systems, data analytics tools, MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience in organisational development within a university or tertiary education environment will be highly regarded.
