The Opportunity

Join our team as the Manager of Marketing and Brand (Clinical Trials) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across our clinical trial network, providing strategic marketing, brand, and communication guidance to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead the strategic planning, execution, and assessment of our Clinical Trials activities, focusing on targeted marketing initiatives to boost awareness and engagement in clinical research. Your role will be pivotal in establishing UniSC as a prominent and trusted name in the clinical research community. As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee a dedicated team of design and marketing professionals, guiding them in the development of compelling assets and campaigns tailored to the unique needs of our Clinical Trials.

You will

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and impact of UniSC Clinical Trials marketing, building awareness, engagement, and a strong presence in the clinical research community;
  • Oversee the design and production of compelling marketing assets that support clinical trial sites across our network; and
  • Cultivate meaningful, productive partnerships with colleagues, industry, and the wider community to elevate UniSC Clinical Trials.

  • Experience in building and managing brands, creating impactful marketing campaigns, and delivering communications that drive real results.
  • A talent for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and shaping strategies that align with their goals.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, keeping everything on track while meeting deadlines.
  • A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team to produce exceptional work, while also managing your own marketing and communications projects.
