Please note, this position will require a flexible approach, to travel between campuses and our clinical trial centres, as necessary.

You will

  • coordinate and support clinical trials that make a real-world impact through UniSC’s Clinical Trials Centre;
  • work side-by-side with our passionate CTC team, sponsors, and monitors to help trials run smoothly and finish strong; and
  • keep things on track behind the scenes – bringing precision, care, and collaboration to every stage of the trial journey.

About you

You're someone who thrives on making things happen – organised, switched-on, and always a few steps ahead. Our ideal candidate brings a steady hand to complex clinical trial coordination, juggling multiple studies with confidence, care and precision. You’re proactive, curious and unflappable, ready to solve problems, guide participants through the process, keep records in shape, and support the team with everything from ethics submissions to continuous improvement.
