We are seeking two experienced ERP professionals to join our Enterprise Services team, supporting and advancing our Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and Campus platforms.

These roles are complementary and offer the opportunity to contribute across the full lifecycle of enterprise application delivery:

  • Senior Technical ERP Specialist – providing technical leadership across solution design, SDLC practices, and strategic optimisation of enterprise applications within a DevSecOps environment.
  • Enterprise Application Specialist (ERP) – leading platform administration, performance, patching, and operational excellence across the PeopleSoft technology stack.

Working closely with stakeholders across the University, you will ensure our ERP ecosystem remains secure, reliable, and aligned with strategic priorities, while driving continuous improvement and modernisation.

For more information, please visit us online: Information Technology

You will

  • lead the design, configuration, optimisation, and support of UniSC’s PeopleSoft ERP systems and associated technologies;
  • support and manage upgrades, patches, and system integrations in alignment with ITIL processes and cybersecurity requirements;
  • troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability;
  • collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency; and
  • contribute to the planning and delivery of system enhancements, modernisation initiatives, and service improvements.

In addition:

Senior Technical ERP Specialist

  • provide technical and development leadership across architecture, solution design, and SDLC practices, including standards, tooling, processes, practices and delivery frameworks;
  • lead complex problem analysis, solution delivery and advise on technical risk, sustainability, and strategic direction; and
  • drive process optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

Enterprise Application Specialist (ERP)

  • lead platform administration and continuous improvement across the full PeopleSoft stack (including PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and related technologies);
  • manage patching, environments, performance, availability, and system security across development, test, and production; and
  • plan and oversee platform management, lifecycle activities and continuous improvement including upgrades, maintenance, and system monitoring, performance and reliability.

About you

You are an experienced ERP professional with deep expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft environments and enterprise application ecosystems. You bring strong technical capability, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing systems. You excel in problem-solving, system optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, and are confident working across both technical and business domains to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will possess:

  • postgraduate qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in IT, digital systems, or a related discipline;
  • extensive experience in development, implementing, configuring, and supporting complex PeopleSoft ERP systems and solutions within PeopleSoft HCM and Campus;
  • strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and system lifecycle management;
  • demonstrated experience supporting and managing upgrades, patches, environments, and vendor engagements within enterprise IT frameworks;
  • highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and process optimisation skills; and
  • excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advise, train, and collaborate effectively.
