You’re comfortable navigating complex contractual and regulatory landscapes, building strong relationships with internal and external partners, and delivering practical, timely solutions. Your approach balances rigour with pragmatism, minimises risk, and ensures ethical, high-quality outcomes for UniSC, participants, and our partners. You lead by example, foster collaboration, and inspire trust, making a real impact across the UniSC Clinical Trials network.

You will possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
  • The ability to build trust, foster cooperation, and relate to a diverse range of staff and stakeholders.
  • Resilience, flexibility, initiative, and strategic thinking to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly service and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
