  • support successful delivery and change adoption, guiding solution implementation, facilitating testing, and contributing to capability uplift across teams.

About you

You are an experienced business analyst with a strong track record in analysing complex processes and delivering high-quality, practical solutions. You thrive in dynamic environments, engaging with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs, assess impacts, and implement improvements that drive organisational outcomes. Collaborative and proactive, you enjoy working with teams to enable successful solution delivery, streamline processes, and build capability. You are committed to continuous improvement, ensuring systems and processes evolve to meet the changing needs of the University, while fostering a positive, inclusive and values-driven work environment.

You will possess:

  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams; and
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks and methodologies, including ITIL, COBIT, NIST CSF, Agile, TOGAF, PRINCE2, DevOps, Six Sigma or BPMN.
