The Opportunity

You will deliver a diverse range of student recruitment, marketing and conversion activities with prospective students, their influencers and internal stakeholders at all levels. You will work to improve the customer experience of prospective students through the provision of information and support, influencing preference and conversion.

You will

  • be responsible for the development and implementation of efficient, targeted and data-backed marketing, recruitment and sales strategies to improve application preference and conversion of prospective students across all domestic coursework markets;
  • develop and maintain meaningful relationships with external stakeholders such as secondary schools, RTOs, community organisations and local government to drive recruitment in domestic coursework markets; and
  • manage a portfolio of relationships and implement relationship management techniques that increase engagement, communication and opportunity.

About you

With exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, you excel at building and maintaining effective relationships. Your expertise in public speaking, written communication, and event/project management allows you to operate independently within established frameworks, prioritise competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines while delivering impactful results.

You will possess:

  • a relevant degree with subsequent experience, or possess an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training;
  • the ability to exercise sound judgement in dealing confidently and sensitively with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including senior administrators and academics; and
  • the ability to make informed decisions on the basis of strategic information, data and market insight.
