With a strong background in food outlet management, you understand what it takes to lead teams, oversee multiple venues, and ensure the smooth, profitable operation of hospitality services. Collaborative and solutions-focused, you bring operational insight, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.

You will possess:

  • demonstrated ability to manage food service operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with WHS, food safety, and liquor licensing regulations;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders;
  • experience overseeing or contributing to the design and planning of refurbishment or construction projects in hospitality settings;
  • the ability to work independently, meet operational deadlines, and manage multiple priorities across outlets and campuses; and
