Systems Analyst (Finance)
- Financial Services | UniSC Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs
- Level 7, $102,512 - $112,061 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation
- Full-time (36.25 hours per week), fixed-term appointment until September 2026
- Contribute to the design, development, and configuration of ERP (TechnologyOne) functionality, modules and financial applications tailored to business requirements. This includes customising existing solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, such as HR, Student, IT, and third-party platforms and ensuring seamless data flow to optimise performance, scalability, and user experience;
- Provide high-level support for ERP and financial systems, including software upgrades, user assistance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution. Conduct rigorous testing including functional, integration, and system-level to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across all platforms; and
- Maintain robust data governance by enforcing relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines. Support the University’s User Access controls and audit requirements to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance across all ERP and financial systems.
- Completion of a relevant degree with extensive experience in financial systems administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a financial systems environment;
- Demonstrated high-level expertise in enterprise financial systems and understanding of finance and payroll literacy and processes, expertise and experience in the use of MS Office programs (advanced Excel skills) and accounting software;
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, XLOne, ETL, SQL, Power BI) and Business Process Automation and AI Tools; and
- Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.
- Relevant experience in the higher education sector.
- Knowledge and previous experience with TechnologyOne, the University’s enterprise finance system.
