Our administrative support team plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of UniSC, assisting various departments and ensuring smooth administrative processes. These roles offer diverse opportunities to contribute to the effective functioning of the university and support the academic and professional success of our community.

Primary Objectives:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic and professional staff across various departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and communications.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and external stakeholders, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.

Desirable Qualifications or Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an educational institution.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive and customer focused approach to problem solving.
