Join us as a Digital Workplace Specialist at the University of the Sunshine Coast, where you will spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge workplace technologies. You will
- share your expertise to shape and uplift digital workplace technologies that meet the evolving needs of our university;
- lead the way in delivering modern solutions that support both strategic goals and day-to-day operations; and
- help set the standards by developing clear, practical policies and procedures that keep our digital services safe, streamlined, and compliant.

You will possess:
- Experience leading customer-focused tech services in complex organisations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Intune, Teams, Exchange) and a practical approach to implementation and support.
- Familiarity with governance tools like AvePoint to deliver secure, efficient collaboration in Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience with simulation, visualisation, room bookings, digital signage, and AV/VC systems, including interpreting technical drawings.
- Skills in supporting and integrating a wide range of devices—from desktops and tablets to wireless AV and studio equipment.
- A track record of delivering major ICT initiatives with strong problem-solving and big-picture thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with a respectful, team-focused approach.
