The Opportunity

As part of UniSC's Student Communications and Events team, you’ll play a lead role in elevating our existing and emerging platform capabilities. You'll ensure digital experiences across our systems and communications are clear, relevant and timely from onboarding and Orientation through to graduation.

You Will:

  • provide strategic advice and promote communication best practices to achieve clarity, consistency, and impact across student-facing channels;
  • contribute to the system administration and management of the Student Portal (Squiz Matrix);
  • identify, develop and implement new opportunities and platform capabilities. 

About You

You’ll bring together excellent digital literacy, a user-first mindset, and sharp messaging skills to deliver clear, engaging experiences for students across multiple channels.  

You enjoy digging into data and aren’t afraid to try new approaches. You can juggle tasks, stay on top of deadlines, and know what to tackle first. You care deeply about the student experience and setting students up for success. 

You Will Possess:

  • experience in planning and delivering strategic communications and content strategies;
  • technical proficiency working across CMS platforms to monitor performance, implement system updates, troubleshoot, and enhancing user interfaces;
  • a strong understanding of system integration principles for effective collaboration with technical teams and clear communication of digital solutions;
  • experience building and managing personalised journeys and email nurtures; and
  • experience working with automation and personalisation tools to create tailored content experiences that enhance user engagement.
