The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll take the lead in coordinating the design, implementation, and evaluation of business processes that support the University’s domestic admissions activities. Your work will play a pivotal role in ensuring resources are allocated effectively, operations run smoothly, and students, staff, and partners enjoy a seamless admissions experience.
 
With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help shape practices that not only meet compliance requirements but also enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You will
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance for admission processes relating to all domestic applicants for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs offered by the University in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met in accordance with the strategic goals and priorities of the University and to ensure the efficient and maximum utilisation of available resources; 
  • Provide expert advice on the provision of pathways in order to ensure that outcomes are consistent and equitable, comply with the AQF framework and with University, ESOS and relevant Government policies and legislation; and
  • Implement change management and communication framework strategies in undertaking the management, development, and continuous improvement of University approved admission processes.

You’re a proactive problem-solver who can assess complex situations, think creatively, and deliver innovative solutions in process improvement environments. With well-developed analytical and organisational skills, you engage constructively with stakeholders and clients to foster a culture of responsive, customer-focused outcomes. Your strong communication skills allow you to consult and negotiate effectively with diverse groups, while your ability to balance competing priorities ensures high-quality results delivered on time and with precision. Confident in coordinating people and workflows, you excel at driving projects forward and achieving meaningful outcomes.
