The Opportunity

Join UniSC’s Student Business Services team and help deliver a seamless, student-centred experience across admissions, enrolment, progression, graduation, and curriculum data management. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to prospective and current students, maintain accurate student records through PeopleSoft and related systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery across Student Services.

You will

  • provide high-quality administrative and client support across admission, enrolment, progression, graduation, and curriculum data management activities;
  • maintain accurate student information and records through effective use of the Student Information System (PeopleSoft) and related databases; and
  • contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and the student experience.

About you

You are a customer-focused administrator with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and professional service. You enjoy working collaboratively, can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and are confident working with systems, processes, and data.

You will possess:

  • a relevant qualification and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated administrative experience, preferably within a tertiary education or complex service environment;
  • strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy;
  • experience providing high-quality client-focused service and advice to a diverse range of stakeholders in a busy environment;
  • well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional working relationships;
  • demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, solve problems, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team; and
  • strong computer literacy, including experience working with databases, business systems, and the Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
