  • contribute to initiatives that enable transformative change in UniSC’s data and analytics environment and capabilities;
  • prepare high-quality written communications, briefing materials, reports, and powerpoint presentations leveraging artificial intelligence to enable efficient work practices;
  • maintain and update SharePoint sites and project documentation; and
  • support governance, risk, and issue management activities as required.

About you

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working across complex initiatives and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. You bring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, professional communications.

You will possess:

  • a relevant degree qualification with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • demonstrated experience coordinating projects or programs within a complex organisational environment;
  • experience working in a data analytics, or technology-enabled environment (higher education experience is desirable);
  • high proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project;
  • exceptional written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • sound judgement, problem-solving capability, and the ability to adapt and innovate in a changing environment; and
  • experience in the responsible use of artificial intelligence tools and applications to improve efficiency and streamline work outcomes.
