The Opportunity
You will oversee the coordination of the MAIC/UniSC Road Safety Research Collaboration's research projects, ensuring strict adherence to research management frameworks, ethical standards, and workplace health and safety protocols. This role involves scheduling and supervising casual research officers conducting participant testing on campus, verifying the accuracy of recorded hours against individual projects, and maintaining adequate testing stock levels. Additionally, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring testing spaces and sessions operate seamlessly and concurrently. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning to enhance processes, developing and sharing resources, training new research officers, and acting as the primary point of contact for participants.
This position requires a proactive approach to improving workflows, strong organisational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic research environment
