You'll manage and prioritise contracted works, supplier services, and product provisions, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards and in compliance with policies, industry regulations, and health and safety legislation. Please note, while the primary responsibilities of this position are based at the Sunshine Coast Campus, travel will be required to support Campus Development and Service activities at the Thompson Institute, Gympie, Tewantin, and other campuses or locations as needed.

You will
About you
You have excellent administrative skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite and experience using electronic and digital systems like maintenance management systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, contractors, and suppliers. You’re also highly organised, with strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities that help you thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
