The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in growing our international presence across Europe and Africa, with a particular focus on Northern and Western Europe. Your extensive networks in these regions will be key to identifying and developing new student recruitment opportunities. You'll drive strategic initiatives that build strong, sustainable, diverse pipelines while managing vital partnerships with education agents, institutions, and government agencies. Success will be measured by achieving enrolment targets and delivering solid return on investment. Leading an offshore team, you'll keep UniSC connected and growing particularly from high-priority markets in Europe.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with a passion and aptitude for international student recruitment, especially in Northern and Western Europe. You thrive on developing innovative strategies that tap into both current and emerging markets, building a sustainable and diverse pipeline of international students. You excel at identifying and activating institutional partnerships, including study abroad and twinning pathways. With your keen market analysis skills, you proactively provide insights that guide our student recruitment efforts and keep us ahead of trends. You are adept at managing budgets to ensure a strong return on investment. As a confident representative of UniSC, you lead a motivated and impactful team and cultivate valuable partnerships, all while upholding our brand integrity.
