Campus Development and Services is responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance and future development of UniSC’s facilities and landscape assets, playing a critical role in achieving the University's strategic goals
As the Team Leader, Maintenance and Grounds, you will provide operational leadership across UniSC’s maintenance and grounds services, coordinating daily activities, overseeing maintenance and landscaping operations, and ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across campuses. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities, maintenance, landscaping or grounds professional to combine hands-on leadership, planning, stakeholder engagement and environmental stewardship in a diverse university environment.

You will
About you
You are a capable and hands-on leader with experience managing maintenance, facilities, grounds or landscape operations across complex and geographically dispersed environments. You bring strong operational judgement, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to creating safe, sustainable and welcoming environments for the community. Comfortable balancing day-to-day service delivery with longer-term planning, environmental improvement initiatives and stakeholder engagement, you demonstrate a collaborative, customer-focused approach and thrive in dynamic roles where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
