The Opportunity
Join UniSC’s vibrant Student Success team and play a key role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. As a Student Success Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for student enquiries, providing timely, accurate support via phone and email, while contributing to engagement campaigns and referral processes that enhance the overall student experience. Working under the guidance of the Team Leader, you’ll help coordinate administrative processes, support targeted outreach, and ensure students are connected with the right services—making a real impact on student retention, satisfaction, and success.
Please note: there may be a requirement to undertake work during non-standard hours and opportunities for recreational leave may also be restricted during peak periods.

Whether it’s over the phone, via email, or in person, you respond proactively and thoughtfully to a wide range of queries, always aiming to build strong, productive relationships with students and colleagues. With keen attention to detail, you draft clear and accurate correspondence, ensuring communications are effective, inclusive, and culturally sensitive. Your ability to manage complex student matters with care and professionalism sets you apart.
