The Opportunity
As a Senior Lecturer you will contribute significantly to teaching, research, and academic leadership within the Physiotherapy Discipline. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning across undergraduate health programs, including curriculum development, course coordination, student supervision, and teaching across campuses, primarily at Sippy Downs. The position also requires active engagement in research aligned with contemporary health priorities, contributing to the School’s broader research agenda.
In addition, the Senior Lecturer will provide academic leadership in the development and continuous improvement of innovative, contemporary curriculum in collaboration with the Head of Discipline and clinical partners. A key aspect of the role is establishing and maintaining strong clinical relationships that support curriculum design and review, enhance student readiness for clinical practice, and expand work-integrated learning opportunities. The role also includes supervising honours and postgraduate research students in physiotherapy, fostering strong industry collaboration and impactful research outcomes.

A confident communicator and collaborative team member, you work effectively with colleagues, students, and clinical partners to strengthen curriculum, research, and work-integrated learning opportunities, while contributing to contemporary health priorities and shaping the next generation of physiotherapy professionals.
