The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in inspiring high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds by coordinating and delivering an engaging suite of workshops, programs and activities. Drawing on your confident presentation skills and natural ability to connect with young people, you’ll deliver impactful sessions in schools and on UniSC campuses, sparking aspiration for further study and providing clear, accessible pathways advice. You’ll also work closely with our Regional Engagement Coordinators to build a vibrant, meaningful program of outreach across, the Fraser Coast, Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions.

You’re a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections with young people and stakeholders alike. You bring high-level public speaking and written communication abilities, enabling you to deliver engaging presentations and clear, impactful messaging. Organised and reliable, you manage programs, events and administration with ease, keeping activities running smoothly. Above all, you use sound judgement and interact with sensitivity, confidence and respect when working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those experiencing disadvantage.
