The Opportunity
Join UniSC’s digital learning team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our educational technologies ecosystem. In this position, you will provide functional and technical support across a range of learning systems, undertaking routine maintenance, investigating and resolving issues, testing solutions, and maintaining accurate system and user documentation. Working within the Centre for Support and Advancement of Learning and Teaching’s (CSALT) collaborative support model, you will partner closely with Educational Technologies Advisers and stakeholders to ensure staff are confident and well-supported in integrating technology into their teaching practice. You will also contribute to capability building, service enhancement, and the continuous improvement of technology-enhanced learning across the University.
