The Opportunity

Join our student-focused team and be the first point of contact for delivering exceptional support! You'll respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing timely and accurate information that enhances their UniSC experience. With a strong focus on engagement, you’ll connect students to the right resources and services while maintaining accurate records using CRM tools—ensuring data integrity, privacy, and a smooth student journey.

About you:

You’re an excellent communicator who connects confidently with a diverse student community, offering support with empathy and professionalism. You manage sensitive situations with care and discretion, always maintaining confidentiality. Reliable and adaptable, you thrive working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

To be successful you will possess:

  • proven experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in higher education;
  • high proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for record management;
  • quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes; and
  • strong problem-solving skills to manage priorities effectively.
