The Opportunity

Join UniSC as a Performance Media Specialist and play a pivotal role in optimising our digital marketing strategy. You’ll develop and implement advanced tagging strategies to ensure precise data collection, harness first-party data to craft targeted audience segments and utilise sophisticated analytics to measure and enhance campaign performance. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving data-driven marketing campaigns across customer database platforms and digital advertising initiatives. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise in tag management, data privacy, CRM systems, and digital ad platforms, alongside strong analytical and communication skills to elevate our marketing impact and drive exceptional business results.

You will

  • develop and manage innovative tagging strategies to ensure flawless data collection;
  • harness the power of first-party data to create highly targeted audience segments;
  • utilise cutting-edge analytics to measure and report on campaign performance;
  • activate dynamic marketing campaigns within customer database platforms to drive engagement; and
  • seamlessly align marketing initiatives with digital advertising efforts for cohesive and powerful results.

About you

You’re a digital marketing expert who effectively uses data to drive strategy. Our ideal candidate excels at developing and managing tagging systems for precise data collection, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. You're skilled at leveraging first-party data to create targeted audience segments, working with IT teams to improve data processes, and integrating various data sources for better insights. Your analytical skills help you design frameworks for tracking and measuring campaign performance, generating useful insights, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. In digital advertising, you plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels, keeping up with the latest trends and technologies to ensure effective campaign performance. If you’re ready to contribute your expertise, we’d love to have you join our team.

You will possess:

  • Proficient in tag management systems and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Experienced with CRM platforms and customer database management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
