Course Evaluations Coordinator

  • Insights and Analytics Unit, Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy Downs.
  • Level 5, $51.36 - $64.39 per hour, plus up to 11% employer superannuation.
  • Casual position with an immediate start.

The Opportunity

The Insights and Analysis Unit is currently seeking a Course Evaluations Coordinator to lead the administration of our internal course evaluation survey, using the eVALU8 instrument. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and kickstarting all related activities, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with UniSC standards and policies, both internally and externally.

Additionally, you'll provide support to the Course Evaluations working group that's shaping the future of course evaluations at our university. This might involve benchmarking survey instruments and helping to compile specifications for the preferred tool as determined by the group. It's an exciting opportunity to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact within our educational community.

About you:

We are in search of an individual who possesses strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset. As part of this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing survey preparation tasks utilising our existing software, executing promotional activities, and monitoring progress and completion rates. In addition to this, you will be responsible for effectively engaging with the Course Evaluations working group to help design the future state of course evaluations. 

To be successful you will possess:

  • Proficiency in survey instrument design, administration, and analysis.
  • Experience developing engaging promotional materials and communication plans.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated report writing ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in benchmarking and change management.
