Your role is key in creating a welcoming and supportive environment, resolving enquiries, connecting students with the right support services, and helping them feel confident and informed throughout their journey at UniSC.

You’ll also play an active part in delivering student engagement initiatives, events, and strategies that enrich the student experience and strengthen retention. This is a dynamic, student-focused role where every interaction contributes to positive outcomes for students and the wider UniSC community.

Please note: there may be a requirement to undertake work during non-standard hours and from other UniSC campus locations from time-to-time. Opportunities for recreational leave may also be restricted during peak periods.
